About the presenter:

 

Paweł Tkaczyk – as he himself says – makes a living by telling stories. He builds strong brands – he works with Agora, Allegro Group, and many smaller companies. He advises startups and other companies – as a mentor, for example, during Startup Weekend or Startup Fest.

 

He shares his knowledge – I write a blog about building a brand, he has written three books: "Zakamarki marki", "Grywalizacja" and "Narratologia".

 

He conducts training in marketing, branding, social media... He loves letters in almost every form – except for Comic Sans.

Workshop: Building a Brand for Veterinary Clinics

 
Duration: 1 day (approx. 8 hours)
For whom: veterinary clinic owners, managers, people responsible for marketing in veterinary practices
Training objective: Help participants build a strong, distinctive veterinary clinic brand that attracts loyal customers and effectively communicates its value.

 

Workshop program:

1. Introduction to Brand Thinking

  • What is a brand in the context of a veterinary clinic?
  • The difference between a "service" and a "brand" in the eyes of the customer
  • What veterinary brands are memorable and why?
    📌 Exercise: Recognize your "moment of distinction" - what is your red tram?

 

2. Marketing strategy of a veterinary clinic

  • Building a strategy around the customer – segmentation and personas (dog and cat owners, exotic animal owners, breeders)
  • Customer journey: from first contact to loyalty
  • Local competition analysis – how to differentiate yourself and not compete on price?

3. Brand differentiation and positioning

  • How to define a unique value proposition for a clinic?

  • Brand archetypes in veterinary medicine: caregiver, hero, expert?

  • Emotions in communication: how to speak so that the client trusts?

4. Language and tone of communication

  • Professionalism vs. Accessibility – How to Talk About Difficult Things with Empathy

  • Communication with the Owner of a Stressed Pet – the Language of Support

  • Examples of Effective Messages from the Medical Industry

  • The role of opinions and recommendations (Google, ZnanyLekarz, Facebook)
  • How to build a brand through education? (blogs, rolls, information campaigns)

6. The team as a brand carrier

  • How to build a brand "from the inside"? Employer branding in a clinic
  • The role of reception, technicians and doctors in building a brand experience

  • We create our own mini-brand strategy for the clinic
