**About the Speaker:**

 

**Paweł Tkaczyk**

 

Owner of the branding agency MIDEA, which has developed brands for companies such as **Grupa Allegro, Agora** (one of the largest Polish media companies), **American Restaurants** (European operators of brands like **Burger King and Pizza Hut**), and **Diners Club International.**

 

A recognized public speaker (see his **TEDx** talk on the evolution of typography) and author of numerous publications on branding and advertising (a regular contributor to leading industry titles such as **Marketing w praktyce** and **Brief**).

 

A valued trainer and lecturer – he conducts lectures on brand management as part of the **MBA program** and collaborates with various Polish training institutions. His clients include companies such as **Citi Bank, LOT Polish Airlines,** and **TP** (the largest Polish telecommunications company).

 

A lover of books and films in his free time ;)

 

Specializations: graphic design, corporate identity, brand identity, corporate marketing, advertising strategy, web design.

 

As he claims – he earns a living by telling stories. He advises startups and other businesses – as a mentor for example during **Startup Weekend** or **Startup Fest**.

 

He shares his knowledge – he writes a blog about building a brand, and has authored three books: “The Nooks of the Brand,” “Gamification,” and “Narratology.”

 

He conducts training in marketing, branding, social media... He loves letters in almost every form – except for Comic Sans.

1. Introduction to Brand Thinking

  • What is a brand in the context of a veterinary clinic?
  • The difference between a "service" and a "brand" in the eyes of the customer
  • Which veterinary brands stick in memory and why?

2. Marketing Strategy for Veterinary Clinics

  • Building a strategy around the customer – segmentation and personas (dog owners, cat owners, exotic pet owners, breeders)
  • Customer journey: from the first contact to loyalty
  • Analysis of local competition – how to differentiate yourself without competing on price?

3. Brand Differentiation and Positioning

  • How to define a unique value proposition for the clinic?
  • Brand archetypes in veterinary medicine: caregiver, hero, expert?
  • Emotions in communication: how to speak so that the client trusts you?

4. Language and Tone of Communication

  • Professionalism vs accessibility – how to talk about difficult things with empathy?

  • The role of reviews and recommendations (Google, ZnanyLekarz, Facebook)
  • How to build a brand through education? (blogs, reels, informational campaigns)
  • Clinic decor as an element of brand experience

6. The Team as a Brand Carrier

  • How to build a brand "from the inside"? Employer branding in the clinic
  • The role of receptionists, technicians, and veterinarians in building brand experience
  • How to ensure consistency in team communication?

7. Action Plan

  • We create our own mini-brand strategy for the clinic
  • Priorities for the next quarter
  • How to measure effects (not just the number of likes)
